USF Federal Credit Union Hires D. Hilton Associates in Search for Senior Vice President/ Chief Member Experience Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (April, 2017) –The Recruiting Services of D. Hilton Associates have been enlisted in the search for a Senior Vice President/Chief Member Experience Officer to join the team at USF Federal Credit Union in Miami, Florida.
 
Reporting to the CEO, this individual will provide the leadership and vision necessary to ensure that the credit union has a viable strategy around talent, financial, and operational controls in place to effectively grow the organization, increase employee engagement, and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency to achieve short-term and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, responsible for guiding and directing Retail Operations, Contact Center, Lending, and Collections of the credit union. As part of the Senior Management Team, this position will participate in the formulation of the Strategic and Business plans and policies. This individual must have a proven track record of success facilitating progressive
organizational change and development within a growing organization. A Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior management role, preferably with a financial institution. Knowledge of the Malcolm Baldrige Framework would be a plus.
