The Woodlands, Texas (April, 2017) –Executive Recruiting Team at D. Hilton Associates is searching for an experienced executive to become the next President/Chief Executive Officer at SafeAmerica Credit Union in Pleasanton, California.
 
The selected individual will be responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the operational activities and staff in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will provide guidance and recommendations to assist the Board in determining and ensuring the realization of short and long-term objectives, ensure that appropriate strategies are recommended and tactics implemented to expand business in a profitable, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The ideal executive will be passionate and demonstrate a strong belief in the credit union philosophy and credit union movement. A Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Strong knowledge of the West Coast’s economic climate is highly desirable as well as credit union experience.
