The Woodlands, Texas (April, 2017) – D. Hilton Associates’ Executive Recruiting Team is seeking a proactive innovator to fill the role of Vice President of IT at Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union (AACFCU).
AACFCU is seeking a change agent to help maximize opportunities and blaze new trails at an organization transforming into a progressive and dynamic Credit Union. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, highly motivated executive to lead the Information Technology group. The ideal candidate must possess excellent project/vendor management skills, must be able to adapt and provide short and longterm planning in order to select and utilize appropriate technologies to meet the evolving needs of the Credit Union and its members. This incoming executive needs to be an independent thinker who can present ideas and recommendations of enhancements on products that will improve services internally and externally. The position reports directly to the CEO and will work with a Senior Management team that is energetic, driven, and collaborative. Exceptional interpersonal skills needed plus ten years of similar or related experience required, degree or certifications desired.
