The Woodlands, Texas (April, 2017) – D. Hilton Associates’ Executive Recruiting Team has been hired by CU Solutions Group to conduct the search for a Vice President Product-led Consulting and Product Management.
 
This role will oversee the consulting team delivering software-based solutions to credit unions with a focus on the areas of strategic planning, Board Governance, compliance, and training. In addition, this talented individual will act as the primary product manager for software products that are currently under development, and will develop and execute marketing, sales, customer service, and growth of revenue for consulting related products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the functional
areas for customer needs and market opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years supervisory experience with an in depth knowledge of credit union/financial institution operations are required. Experience with Boards and Strategic planning is essential.
