This individual should be strategic and innovative, with a proven track record of leadership and success, and will possess a solid understanding of credit union operations, policies, and regulations. The CEO will be responsible for directing, planning, and leading the operational activities and staff of the credit union, while achieving strategic goals and objectives as established by the Board of Directors. The CEO must possess strength in problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, as he or she will be active within the law enforcement community and charged with promoting the credit union’s brand. A Bachelor’s degree plus seven to ten years’ experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry is required.
