The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with the Board of Directors in the execution of strategic initiatives and will possess a solid understanding of credit union operations, policies, and regulations. Qualified candidates must be able to use a collaborative management style that promotes communication among members, employees, and the Board of Directors. The executive will represent the credit union to regulatory agencies, trade associations, community and civic organizations, members, and other financial institutions. Ten years’ credit union or banking experience with demonstrated leadership and strong business acumen is essential. Bachelor’s degree or corresponding experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
