Partners Federal Credit Union Selects D. Hilton Associates, Inc. To Conduct Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer Search

The Woodlands, Texas (June , 2015) – Partners Federal Credit Union in Orlando, Florida has selected D. Hilton Associates to conduct a search for a Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer.

The Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer will lead and manage the daily operations of the technology group as well as the internal operations of the credit union. This individual will be a significant contributor in the overall development of the IT strategic plan while providing change management, innovation and carrying out a concrete global business plan for the organization. This individual will be a “thought leader” who will be instrumental in the implementation roadmap in order to modernize IT operations that will create efficiencies and provide an internal focus within each of the business units. This executive must demonstrate true leadership and collaboration when interacting with Key Stakeholders, PFCU’s Board of Directors, and external vendors and suppliers. Must have excellent communication skills with a proven track record of established success in the delivery of IT solutions that will support the ongoing operations of the credit union. Bachelor’s degree required, NACHA certification is preferred.
