The Woodlands, Texas (June 22, 2015) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. has been selected to assist Educators Credit Union headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin in their search for a Chief Financial Officer.

Educators Credit Union is seeking an experienced and well accomplished Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the President/CEO, this individual will be responsible for directing and managing the financial affairs of the credit union including, but not limited to; providing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, asset liability forecasting and managing the overall budgeting process to key constituents of the credit union. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the CFO will be part of the strategic planning process while contributing and soliciting input from various departments. Must have excellent communication skills, generate and provide new ideas while bringing an enriched and innovative perspective to the organization. Ten to fifteen years of similar or related experience is required and/or equivalent to a college degree and a professional certificate or graduate degree. Credit Union experience highly desired.
