The Woodlands, Texas (January 2016) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. is in the process of searching for a new Vice President of Finance for Magnolia Federal Credit Union headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Finance will provide financial direction and leadership skills necessary to preserve the success of the credit union. This experienced and talented individual will develop and implement long range strategic plans to address the evolving needs of the organization and its members. This exciting opportunity requires a self-motivated, financially-savvy, creative individual who has the vision and leadership characteristics necessary to ensure that the credit union maintains the proper operational and financial controls, and that administrative and reporting procedures are in place to in order to effectively grow the organization and ensure continued financial performance. A Bachelor’s degree is required as well as five to ten years of similar or related experience.
