The Woodlands, Texas (January 2016) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. is leading the search for a new Senior Information Officer/ IT Division Manager for Sharon Credit Union headquartered in Sharon, Massachusetts.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate for this position will have a strong knowledge of financial services and a great understanding of business objectives with technical skills. This position requires involvement in guiding team members in daily activities and provides new ways to keep Sharon Credit Union moving forward with technologies and processes. This executive will provide communication to staff and management throughout the organization in regards to changes with equipment and current technology. This highly motivated and passionate leader will be responsible for the strategic oversight of major IT initiatives, systems security, and disaster recovery strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance of the credit union’s technology operations. A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
