The Woodlands, Texas (January 2016) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. is conducting the search for a new Vice President of Lending for Fort Knox Federal Credit Union headquartered in Radcliff, Kentucky.

The Vice President of Lending, a senior leadership position, is responsible for the credit union’s loan function management, monitoring all loan operations and developing policies and procedures to achieve goals and objectives. This is a position in the organization that participates in credit union strategic planning and the asset liability management committee. The ideal candidate is a talented and experienced individual with a strong background in mortgage lending who will research industry changes and trends within lending. By providing support to ensure products will improve the financial aspect of the members’ lives, this position requires clear communication skills and directions. Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree is preferred. Desired skills include previous credit union lending experience and strong supervisory skills.
