The Woodlands, Texas (May 2019) – Financial Plus Credit Union, headquartered in Flint, MI, is in need of a strategic executive to lead the credit union in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer.

Collaborating with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for establishing major goals and objectives for the credit union. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, direction, and guidance of credit union activities in achieving corporate-wide goals and strategic objectives. This role will actively define and execute the company’s culture mission of SPARK! (Sincere, Proud, Attentive, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Ownership) service standards, as well as represent the credit union to regulatory agencies, trade associations, community and civic organizations, members, and other financial institutions. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Finance, or equivalent experience, along with seven to ten years of progressive credit union experience at a senior management level is required.
