OCEANSIDE, NY – (May 2019) Ocean Financial Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the selection of Joseph Tedesco as the credit union’s new President/Chief Executive Officer.

Tedesco joins Ocean Financial from Key Bank of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he served as SVP, Retail Regional Leader for the last nine years. In this role, Tedesco successfully led and expanded the bank’s Atlantic Region across Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut, achieving strategic growth and implementing initiatives such as Key’s Leadership Development program. Tedesco was also the 2018 recipient of the CEO Team Award. Prior to his time at Key Bank, Tedesco served as SVP, Wealth & Retail Regional Director for United Commercial Bank and Southeastern General Manager – Mortgage Group for Wachovia. Tedesco holds a Bachelor of Science from Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
