EarthMover Credit Union Announces New President and Chief Executive Officer

OSWEGO, IL (May 2019) The $267 million EarthMover Credit Union is pleased to announce the selection of Kelly McDonough as the credit union’s new President and Chief Executive Officer.

 

“We are delighted to welcome Kelly to EarthMover Credit Union.  She is a proven leader and her strong background of both financial expertise and industry experience will ensure continued excellence of service to our membership,” said Chairperson of the Board, James Burkiewicz.

 

McDonough brings with her over 30 years of industry experience and has been a successful credit union CEO for the past 16 years.  She comes to EarthMover Credit Union from Glacier Hills Credit Union, a $139 million credit union in West Bend, Wisconsin which she has led since 2017.  Prior to this, she led First Alliance Credit Union, a $198 million credit union in Rochester, Minnesota for 13 years.  McDonough also held management level positions at Vermont Federal Credit Union and New England Federal Credit Union.  McDonough holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, a Master of Science in Business Continuity Management from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, and is a certified public accountant.

 

McDonough says about her new role, “I am very much looking forward to making the move to EarthMover Credit Union.  I am proud of my career achievements to date within the credit union community, and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead leading the organization, and serving the membership at EarthMover Credit Union.”
