The Woodlands, Texas (March 2018) – Electro Savings Credit Union, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, is in search of a President/CEO with a proven track record of success to lead and provide a strategic vision for the future of the credit union.

This executive will direct the overall operations of the credit union to ensure financial stability while maintaining the best interests of the members. The incoming President/CEO will establish short-term and long-range objectives, plans, and policies in accordance with the Board of Directors, and will continue the legacy of the credit union’s success and community involvement. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience driven by member value, and the ability to build on success. This position requires compelling business instincts, effective communication and networking abilities, and extraordinary management and motivational skills. The CEO must possess a high level of personal integrity and a superior understanding of the financial and credit union industries in order to provide first class member service. Candidates must have a minimum of ten years of financial services experience in a senior level position or CEO role, preferably within the credit union industry. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution is required, advanced certification or degree desired.
