Chevron Federal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Executive Vice President, Sales and Service
The Woodlands, Texas (March 2018) – Chevron Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Oakland, CA, is in search of a dynamic, senior leader to fill the role of Executive Vice President, Sales and Service.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible for the delivery of an outstanding member experience and growth of the core business (including loans, deposits, and memberships). This role oversees all member-facing operations, including the retail branch network, real estate and consumer lending, call center, marketing and business development, digital banking, and back-office operations. The successful candidate will be highly strategic, passionate about service delivery, adept at creating a proactive and needs-based sales approach, and skilled at ensuring excellent execution. In addition, the EVP will be a leader who can inspire and motivate team members, partner effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization, and foster a culture of collaboration and collegiality. A bachelor’s degree is required, with eight to ten years of relevant experience including five years in a management position in sales and service in a financial institution. A master’s degree is preferred.
