D. Hilton Associates Selected to Conduct Search for Vice President of Mortgage Lending/ Operations For Texas Bay Credit Union

The Woodlands, Texas (March 2017) –Texas Bay Credit Union is searching for an experienced Vice President of Mortgage  Lending/ Operations to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the mortgage lending/operations department. These responsibilities will  include managing all aspects of the credit union’s secondary marketing operations, new product development, sales, service, processing, and seeking opportunities to grow the business and meet organizational goals. This experienced executive will  implement and maintain current loan products and services with efficient and compliant internal processes, and ensures all  staff is following regulatory requirements with applicable rules, laws, and regulations. Must have the ability to manage multiple  projects simultaneously and work independently with little or no guidance. A minimum of 5 years’ industry  experience, which includes leadership of a full mortgage lending operation (sales, underwriting, processing, closing and  servicing), secondary market operations, lending product development and/or project management. A Bachelor’s Degree in a  Business-related field is required. Must have, or be able to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System number.
