The Woodlands, Texas (March, 2017) – D. Hilton Associates is searching for a talented individual to join the team at San Diego  County Credit Union in the role of Operations and Marketing Compliance Officer.

Responsible for assisting with the development and ongoing management of the credit union’s operations and marketing compliance program, this position will report to the Senior Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer. As the operations and marketing subject  matter expert, the individual selected for this role will provide related guidance to business unit managers, and assist with the ongoing  development of compliance training to ensure the credit union is in compliance with all lending laws and regulations. Responsibilities  also include reviewing forms, disclosures, letters, advertisements, and other marketing materials to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations including, but not limited to: Reg CC, Reg D, Reg E, TISA, Privacy, ESIGN, ECOA, HMDA, UDAAP,  RESPA, TILA, FLOOD, FCRA, FACTA, SCRA and SAFE Act. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or  equivalent education or work experience with a minimum of three years’ operations and lending compliance or similar experience is required. Industry certification preferred.
