The Woodlands, Texas (April, 2017) – Langley Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Newport News, Virginia, has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources executive to join their senior management team.
 
Reporting to the President/CEO, this individual will be responsible for the overall HR function, including benefits, payroll, recruitment, HR compliance and reporting, as well as staff development and training. This talented individual will lead the vision for the Human Resources Strategy while fostering a workplace cultural environment that is consistent with the mission, values, and guiding principles of Langley FCU. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of three to five years in a senior or management level human resources role.
