Dade County Federal Credit Union Hires D. Hilton Associates to Conduct Search for Vice President of Sales and Operations

The Woodlands, Texas (April, 2017) – D. Hilton Associates’ Executive Recruiting Practice is searching for a skilled individual to join the team at Dade County Federal
Credit Union as their Vice President of Sales and Operations.
This crucial role will provide the leadership, direction, and supervision that will enable all credit union branches and call center to operate at peak efficiency and attain organizational production goals and expectations. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, directing all operational aspects of multiple branches and call center, while ensuring the highest level of quality member service and compliance to existing policies and regulations. The VP of Sales and Operations will also participate in the strategic planning and management of credit union branches/call center. Additionally, this role will champion all aspects related to service, sales, and leadership components. This talented candidate must have excellent written and oral
communication skills, superior analytical skills, with results oriented management abilities. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is highly preferred.
