The Woodlands, Texas (April, 2017) – Congressional Federal Credit Union of Oakton, Virginia, is seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization and serve as the “Face of the Credit Union.”
The incoming CEO will be responsible for establishing and executing the strategic goals and objectives of the credit union, evaluating the effectiveness of all operations; developing and providing direction, vision, leadership, and management to advance the credit union’s mission and objectives. This Executive will foster a culture of proactive service and innovation driven by member value, while promoting revenue, profitability, and organizational growth. In collaboration with the Board of Directors, this individual will oversee all credit union activities in accordance with the organization’s goals and policies. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be prepared to interact with the community, members of Congress, and Business Leaders. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, along with ten to fifteen years of progressive senior leadership experience in a financial services organization is required.
