The Woodlands, Texas (May 2017) – The Executive Recruiting Team at D. Hilton Associates has been hired by Delaware State Police Federal Credit Union to conduct the search for a new President/CEO.
 
As President/Chief Executive Officer, this individual will lead, manage, and direct the operations of the credit union in collaboration with the Board of Directors. The incoming President/Chief Executive Officer will provide leadership in sustaining growth and expansion of the Credit Union’s services and membership, and will also be responsible for establishing short-term and long-range objectives, plans, and policies subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Ten years of credit union experience and five years of experience in business management, sales and finance is required. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field preferred.
