Royal Credit Union Hires D. Hilton Associates to Conduct Search for President/Chief Executive Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (May, 2017) – Royal Credit Union (RCU), headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, has an exceptional opportunity for an innovative leader to guide and manage the strategic direction of the credit union as their new President/CEO.
With over $2 billion in assets, the Board of Royal Credit Union is looking for a chief executive who will continue to drive the momentum of managed growth, while retaining the credit union’s strong financial presence in the communities it serves. The ideal candidate will have experience with member business lending and working in an organization with a large commercial portfolio. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization, possess charismatic leadership qualities, and provide support to enhance the technology and product
offerings currently provided to the membership. Candidates must have ten (10) years of progressive senior leadership experience in managing a large, complex financial institution. A bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree is preferred.
