The Woodlands, Texas (May 2017) – The Pennsylvania Credit Union Association (PCUA) is looking for a business oriented executive to steer the operational direction
of their for-profit organization, Pacul Services Inc (PSI).
 
Reporting directly to the CEO of PCUA, the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will oversee operations and services at PSI while supporting the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association’s mission and values. This talented executive will develop and implement both long- and short-term strategies to maximize profit by bringing innovative solutions to the credit union industry. The ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge of credit unions, and the unique trends and problems they face today and may face in the future. The CRO will offer and implement first to market ideas to help maintain PCUA and PSI as industry leaders. Candidates must have a high business acumen, with at least seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Master’s preferred.
