The Woodlands, Texas (December 2018) – Chevron Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Oakland, CA, is in search of a detail-oriented compliance officer to fill the role of Assistant Vice President, Compliance.

This position will be responsible for refining and implementing a compliance program, assisting the credit union in attaining and remaining in compliance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulations, and making recommendations for changes and upgrades as needed in the area of compliance. In addition, this role will manage and oversee the vendor management program. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and customer service skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with three to five years of relevant experience, preferably including excellent knowledge of credit union and financial industry compliance laws and regulations. NCCO, NCBSO, CUCE or CRCM certifications are a plus.
