1st MidAmerica Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Vice President of Human Resources
The Woodlands, Texas (December 2018) – 1st MidAmerica Credit Union, headquartered in Bethalto, IL, has an excellent opportunity for a senior level Human Resources Executive to join their team as Vice President of Human Resources.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role directs the planning, development, implementation, and administration of all Human Resource functions, including Training and Development. Other responsibilities include recruitment and staffing, employment, compensation and benefits, retirement savings programs, employee relations, equal employment opportunity and training programs. This individual will also ensure that regulatory compliance relative to personnel, pay and benefits, retirement savings programs, and payroll administration is adhered to. Education equivalent to a college degree and a professional certificate or a graduate degree along with ten to fifteen years of similar or related experience is required.
