Royal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Chief Technology Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (December 2018) – Royal Credit Union, headquartered in Eau Claire, WI, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented executive to join their team in the role of Chief Technology Officer.

 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position will have oversight of the IT department, lead and support the technical infrastructure used in daily functions at the credit union, and participate in strategic planning and innovation initiatives. This includes analyzing current and future needs to enhance the information processing environment, ensuring regulation compliance and cyber security, and identifying new technology innovations to keep RCU in the forefront of digital financial services. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented leader with exceptional written and oral communication skills, superior analytical abilities, business intelligence and project management experience, and results-oriented management skills. Five years of supervisory experience that includes three years of strategic leadership and experience using project management/process improvement methodologies is required. Ideally ten years of progressive Information Services and Operations experience and related Bachelor’s degree.
