Position Summary
Community Credit Union of Florida is seeking a dedicated individual to join the credit union as the Vice President of Mortgage Services. Working under the Chief Experience Officer, this candidate will be responsible for the mortgage lending department, including managing the pipeline, funding, servicing, and monitoring of the portfolio, while ensuring the department provides excellent member service and meets the credit union’s goals and expectations. This role will be responsible for maximizing efficiencies, and maintains the credit union’s risk tolerance, as well as ensuring the department adheres to all lending policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and regulations. Other duties include achieving department objectives of efficiency, productivity, and compliance while developing a culture of teamwork and engagement. A Bachelor’s degree preferred; or ten to fifteen years experience in overseeing all aspects of mortgage lending/servicing.
