Position Summary

Empeople Credit Union is looking for a seasoned lending executive to join their team in the role of Chief Lending Officer. Reporting to the CEO, this talented executive will be responsible for successfully leading the lending operations of the credit union in accordance with policies and applicable laws. This position will manage the real estate portfolio management, including secondary market relationships, commercial and consumer loan portfolios, directing and coordinating the activates of employees engaged in processing and servicing of consumer and real estate loans, and collecting delinquent accounts. Other responsibilities include management of all charge off loans by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.  A Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, or equivalent is required with a minimum of five years’ experience in credit at a senior management level.
