Vantage Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates To Conduct Search for Chief Technology Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (March, 2017) – D. Hilton is searching for an innovative Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology  division at Vantage Credit Union.

This position is responsible for providing strategic direction and delivery of short and long-term technology objectives. Reporting  directly to the President/CEO, this individual will manage and oversee all phases of technology delivery, including the effective design,  networking, installation, and sustainment of the credit union’s technology portfolio. In addition, this person will play an  impactful role during an exciting time to help transform business operations and elevate performance. The successful candidate will be  a team oriented leader with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a successful history of building a high  performing IT team. At least four years of financial institution experience, specifically in IT management is required. Bachelor’s degree  in a business-related field with five to six years related experience and/or training is desired.
