D. Hilton Associates Conducting Chief Lending Officer Search for Vantage Credit Union

The Woodlands, Texas (March, 2017) – Vantage Credit Union is searching for a talented Chief Lending Officer to join its  executive team and elevate the performance of the credit union’s lending operations.
Reporting to the President/CEO, this individual will lead the lending organization in achieving maximum profitability by delivering  competitive loan products and services to members. This successful candidate will implement and carry out growth strategies in  delivering lending products and services to members, while maintaining a sound loan portfolio. Top priorities include, but are not  limited to: ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance in all lending systems (origination, processing, underwriting, and closing),  participating in the strategic planning process, and utilizing suitable risk management strategies in product pricing and loan retention.  Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience in financial institutions is required. Minimum of five to seven years  in a senior management position, leading others within real estate or consumer lending institutions is also required.
