Gulf Winds Credit Union Announces New Chief Information Officer

PENSACOLA, FLORIDA (November 2018) Dean Davis has been named as Chief Information Officer at Gulf Winds Credit Union.

 

“We are very pleased to welcome Dean to the credit union, we are very impressed with his experience and accomplishments, and have no doubt that he will be a great asset to the team,” said Christopher Rutledge, President/CEO.

 

Davis comes to Gulf Winds Credit Union from Technology Credit Union.  Davis has worked at Technology Credit Union since 2005 and has held a number of management roles, including Assistant Vice President of Network Operations, and Vice President of Infrastructure and Technology.  Davis most recently held the role of Senior Vice President of Information Technology since 2016.  Prior to his time at Technology Credit Union, Davis worked at ASAT Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer, and at Brigham Young University, in the School of Computing, as Department Chair.  Davis has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Brigham Young University in Laie, Hawaii, and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, Hawaii.

 

When asked about his new position, Dean stated, “This is a great opportunity for me and I am excited to be joining the team and serving the members of Gulf Winds Credit Union.”
