The Woodlands, Texas (November 2018) – People First Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Allentown, PA, is in search of an experienced senior executive to step into the role of SVP, Chief Administrator, Human Resources.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, including benefits, recruitment, payroll, staff development and training, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will support the credit union’s strategic goals and ensure that the credit union is kept informed of all regulatory issues and programs that impact the organization.  Experience in a unionized environment, negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the union and overseeing management of labor relations, is highly preferred.  The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communications skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field is required, MBA is preferred, along with at least five years progressive leadership or management experience in human resources.
