The Woodlands, Texas (March 2016) – The Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. has been selected to assist First Atlantic Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey, in their search for a Vice President, Lending.

First Atlantic Federal Credit Union, an institution with over $215 million in assets, is in search of a proven lending executive to advance the organization’s loan operations and manage a diverse consumer and mortgage loan portfolio. Reporting to the CEO/President, the VP Lending will ensure that all lending operations are in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position will be a part of a dynamic senior management team and will be responsible for contributing to the effective development, implementation and administration of the credit union’s loan underwriting guidelines. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, member service orientated, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A bachelor’s degree and four years’ related experience and/or training is required. A combination of real estate, consumer and indirect automobile underwriting is required.
