Altier Credit Union Selects D. Hilton Associates to Conduct Search for New COO
The Woodlands, Texas (March 2016) – Altier Credit Union, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer to join its dynamic senior executive team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing multiple facets of the organization’s daily operations. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the development, implementation and administration of the credit union’s strategic goals and objectives. The executive must be member- oriented, have strong leadership skills and possess the ability to guide and inspire outstanding performance in both direct and indirect reports. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, have a high level of professionalism, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least seven to ten years of related experience with proven leadership as an executive or senior leader in a financial institution is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
