The Woodlands, Texas (January 2019) – Firefighters First Credit Union, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, is in search of a proven lending executive to advance the organization’s loan operations.

As an executive team member, you will be responsible for managing a diverse product portfolio consisting of consumer, mortgage, and business services. Extensive product knowledge and a thorough understanding of policy are essential to this role. You will be providing strategic direction and leadership to the Lending Department, while ensuring compliance. You will be reporting to the CEO/President and will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the credit union through all facets of lending including portfolio risk, product development, production, and process improvement. You must possess an exceptional leadership ability, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, value collaboration and curiosity, and have a proven history in growing diverse product offerings. A Bachelor’s degree along with ten years of progressive management experience is required. Master’s degree preferred.
