D. Hilton Associates Hired to Conduct Search for Vice President Lending at Noble Credit Union
The Woodlands, Texas (August, 2017) – Noble Credit Union, formerly Fresno County Credit Union, is seeking a talented lending executive to fill the role of Vice President Lending.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership to the Lending Department, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This position will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the credit union through all facets of lending: including portfolio risk, product development, loan production, loan growth, and loan origination. Additional duties include: providing lending compliance training as needed, performing monthly audits/reports, and contribution to the development of new services. This talented executive must have an exceptional leadership ability and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of management experience. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; or five to seven years of experience; or a combination of education, training, and experience is required.
