The Woodlands, Texas (March, 2017) – AltaOne Federal Credit Union has enlisted the Executive Recruiting services of D. Hilton Associates to search for a new President/Chief Executive Officer.

AltaOne Federal Credit Union is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer who can provide leadership and direction while establishing a solid foundation for the overall strategic direction of the Credit Union. The incoming Executive will implement and coordinate internal controls to ensure all operational activities have met regulatory requirements and the Credit Union’s own established policies and procedures, and will provide recommendations to the Board of Directors for new or revised operational efficiencies or guidelines. The Executive will be responsible for establishing key strategic initiatives and objectives; and will manage efforts to successfully achieve all such goals. The Executive will serve as the Credit Union’s primary point of contact for interactions with the local community and Federal and State regulators, and will be responsible for the overall management of the staff of the Credit Union. The selected individual will bring a great deal of business and financial expertise to the position, along with strong management and leadership skills and abilities. Candidates must have a minimum of five to seven years of financial services experience in a senior level position, preferably within the credit union industry. A Bachelor’s degree from a respected, accredited educational institution is required. Advanced educational or financial degrees or professional certifications are desirable.
