President/Chief Executive Officer

Position Summary

Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union has retained D. Hilton Associates, Inc., to assist in the search for the next President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Collaborating with the Board of Directors, the CEO will establish the Credit Union’s strategic direction to sustain its long-term viability through deliberate growth and the expansion of the products and services offered. This dynamic executive will prioritize excellent member service and the Credit Union’s financial health by realizing operational efficiencies, implementing organization-wide performance metrics, and the use of technology-based solutions. The incoming CEO will possess excellent communication and team-building capabilities, as well as extensive knowledge of credit union/retail banking operations, risk mitigation, and state and federal regulations. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Ten (10) to twelve (12) years of credit union/retail banking with a minimum of six (6) years of management experience is required.
