Achieva Credit Union has an excellent opportunity for a Retail Sales & Service President. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this visionary individual will lead the charge in fostering market growth and creating an exceptional workplace culture. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a growth mindset that is in alignment with organizational goals and objectives to drive market expansion. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in financial services with a commitment to building and sustaining a top workplace culture. In collaboration with the finance team, this role will monitor branch budgets ensuring financial targets are met for the profitability of the credit union.  A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Achieva Credit Union was established along Florida’s central west coast over 80 years ago with $99.25  by seven members who were teachers in Pinellas County. In 1985, Achieva Credit Union expanded its member base beyond teachers and became community chartered to serve all of Pinellas County. Achieva is a fun and energetic company, where the phrase “work hard, but play hard” is part of the daily operation.  Recognized by Tampa Bay Times for being one of the top places to work for 12 years running. Through several mergers and acquisitions, Achieva now has 24 branches to serve members in 15 Florida counties namely Charlotte, Collier, De Soto, Glades, Hendry, Hardee, Highlands, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lee,  Manatee, Monroe, Pasco, Pinellas and Sarasota, adding more opportunities to provide excellent service to members. Community Profile

Dunedin has something for everyone. The town is the home of spring training for the Toronto Blue Jays and several breweries including Dunedin Brewery, the oldest in Florida. Honeymoon Island located in  Dunedin has soft, white beaches and clear, emerald-green waters. You can enjoy various outdoor activities such as sailing, jet-skiing, and more. Golfing is available at The Dunedin Golf Club and Dunedin offers a large variety of dining experiences as well. Shopping in Dunedin features quaint stores with unique offerings. Several parks are available to enjoy a nice walk or to play with the family, including pets.  If you are looking for larger city life, major cities such as Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater are within a short drive. Clearwater is located in Pinellas County, Florida, just south of Dunedin and west of Tampa.  Clearwater remains a beautiful vacation destination and offers activities and attractions for all ages. The  Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Moccasin Lake Nature Park are helping to preserve the incredible native wildlife of Florida. Busch Gardens and the Florida Botanical Gardens offer fun for the whole family.  Beautiful vistas and stunning beaches make Clearwater an amazing place to visit and an even better place to live. St. Petersburg has become a vibrant arts and entertainment city attracting much downtown development and revitalization. Also, several professional sports teams are located in the area.
