The Woodlands, Texas (April 2016) – San Diego County Credit Union (SDCCU) has enlisted the services of the Executive Recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates to find the perfect candidate for a new Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Transformation, the Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising the BSA Compliance staff, and ensuring the credit union maintains compliance with regulatory requirements as well as provide training and coaching, conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance and leadership to the Branch Operations Specialists. As Operations Manager, the selected individual will be expected to assist in developing and implementing changes to policies and procedures that directly relate to the branch operations of the credit union, and assist with the oversight of the BSA Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of two years of professional level management experience in the financial services industry and thrive in a fast paced working environment. A strong emphasis on branch operational functions and regulatory compliance is required.
