The Woodlands, Texas (June 2016) – The recruiting team at D. Hilton Associates is searching for a VP of Technology to join the senior leadership team at Bay Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Capitola, California.
Reporting to the EVP/CDO, this talented individual will establish the vision and work collaboratively with other senior leaders to develop business plans, scope projects, create annual budgets, and define technology polices and processes in accordance with regulatory requirements. The VP, Technology will partner with all business units to ensure the credit union’s technological resources are aligned with short and long-term plans, while adhering to company core values and polices. Keystrengths include strong leadership skills, strategic technology planning and execution, an open-mind approach to collaboration, proven ability to effectively organize and prioritize initiatives and strong communication skills. This executive must have a strong business acumen with 3-5 years’ experience in the financial industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required, Master’s degree preferred.
