Royal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Experience and Marketing Officer

The Woodlands, Texas (April 2018) – Royal Credit Union, headquartered in Eau Claire, WI, is in search of an Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Experience and Marketing Officer to set the organization’s marketing strategy to support overall success through the achievement of Royal’s strategic objectives and core purpose.

 

The ideal candidate is collaborative, a team-player, adaptable, ethical, and someone who will live and impart Royal’s core values and core purpose every day. Duties include leading the planning, development, and execution of the marketing, advertising, digital experience, and business development initiatives. This individual will be charged with creating a bridge between data and business operations, leading to member-centric solutions based on predictive data analytics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience defining, executing, and measuring the success of an organization’s digital strategy. A minimum of five years supervisory experience including three years strategic leadership required. A Bachelor’s Degree and ten years experience in marketing strongly preferred.
