Red Canoe Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for Chief Operations Officer
The Woodlands, Texas (April 2018) – Red Canoe Credit Union, headquartered in Longview, WA, is seeking a Chief Operations Officer who will oversee operations administration, with responsibilities including planning, directing, organizing, and controlling operational and branch activities, along with directing the delivery of service to members.
Collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer and senior management team, this individual will carry out the strategic plans and goals designed for the credit union. This individual will be proactive in setting short and long-term goals, developing policies, procedures, and systems to promote operational improvements as well as ensuring a sales and service culture is strengthened and maintained throughout the credit union with an emphasis on their areas of responsibility. Duties include monitoring and tracking metrics with the ability to provide solutions along with providing leadership and guidance to their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a financial organization in a related field of supervision. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
