Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union Enlists Services of D. Hilton Associates to Search for President and Chief Executive Officer
The Woodlands, Texas (April 2018) – Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Westbury, NY, is in need of a strategic executive to lead the credit union in the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.
Collaborating with the Board of Directors, this executive will be responsible for achieving the overall goals and objectives established in the strategic plan, maintaining the credit union’s financial health and stability, serving the organization’s growing membership, and for ensuring conformance with all applicable State and Federal laws. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership and motivational skills, be a team builder, and lead organizational change while building consensus with senior management. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of ten to fifteen years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry.
