The Woodlands, Texas (September, 2017) – The Executive Recruiting Team at D. Hilton Associates has been selected to search for a seasoned executive to lead the Louisiana Credit Union League in the role of President/Chief Executive Officer.
 
Collaborating with the Board of Directors, this strategic executive will be responsible for achieving the overall goals and objectives consistent with the best interests of Louisiana credit unions, maintaining the association’s financial health and stability and ensuring conformance with all applicable State and Federal laws. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership and motivational skills, be a team builder and lead organizational change while fostering and perpetuating the movement in Louisiana. A Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration or related field is required, CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of ten years executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry with acute knowledge of government relations and state/federal legislative affairs.
