Andrews Earns Certified Sales Compensation Professional

D. Hilton Associates, Inc, announced that firm Executive Vice President John Andrews has earned the
prestigious Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) designation from WorldatWork, a 65,000
member trade association focused on compensation, benefits, work-life effectiveness, and total rewards. The
certification recognizes those compenation professionals who have demonstrated mastery in the field of sales
compensation.

Andrews becomes only the 177th practioner to date to be awarded the CSCP designation, according to
WorldatWork. To become certified, candidates must pass a competency-based exam designed to test
understanding of strategic sales compensation management; sales compensation plan design and
administration; and, compensation plan effectiveness assessment.

holds a Master’s degree in organizational communication from Emerson College, Boston and a Bachelor’s
degree from the University of Tulsa.
