The CEO will be responsible for planning and directing all credit union activities within the framework of Altra’s vision and mission statements, and in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors, overseeing organizational performance, and ensuring financial stability with the best interest of the membership, employees, and credit union in mind. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented and a visionary, possessing a dynamic skillset consisting of strategic leadership, change management, and strong communication.
