Chief Information Officer

Position Summary

Radiant Credit Union is hiring a Chief Information Officer to join its talented, mission-driven team of executives. The CIO will be responsible for all technology operations, including the credit union’s core, network, and cyber-security. This executive will have experience with managing third-party providers, assessing existing technology, and recommending future solutions to improve organizational operations and the member experience. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be essential to strategic planning and growth initiatives while balancing the need for innovation and the risk associated with new technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills. This is an onsite position, and financial services/banking experience is required. A bachelor’s degree, continuing education in emerging technology, and 10+ years of relevant experience, including managing multiple direct reports, are required.
