Position Summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union seeks a dynamic executive to develop and implement unique, best-in-class service strategies to build meaningful relationships with its members and prospective members. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) is a high-impact role responsible for leading and elevating the hospitality experience at Broadview, leveraging their extensive experience in transforming Broadview’s strategic hospitality approach. As the CXO, this position will drive unparalleled member satisfaction, net promoter score (NPS), member retention, cultivate a culture of excellence, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the organization. The CXO will implement innovative strategies to enhance service quality, optimize operational efficiency, and foster lasting relationships with customers, ensuring Broadview is recognized as an unmatched company for exceptional hospitality. The position will play an important role in developing and executing upon the strategic vision of the organization. A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in a senior executive level capacity in hospitality management, and five or more years experience leading and managing a large people organization.
